We’re looking for an enthusiastic part time receptionist to join our team at Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic. The successful candidate will be playing a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting the overall reception function so that patients are seen safely and swiftly.
Overall Responsibilities are:
- Checking in patients on arrival.
- Preparing and setting up the clinics for the day.
- Opening or closing the clinic.
- Printing doctor’s clinic schedules and preparing patient notes.
- Booking new consultations, follow up appointments and minor procedures.
- End-of-day clinic responsibilities.
- Dealing with phone, email and face to face enquiries.
Candidate Profile:
- An accomplished team player with excellent communication skills, use of initiative and the ability to work at pace with a high level of accuracy.
- Good numeracy and administration skills are essential.
