The role is at our Solihull Clinic.
Role Responsibilities:- Set up clinics, check in patients, manage appointments (bookings, follow-ups, cancellations), and ensure clinic rooms are ready.
- Print schedules, prescriptions, and post letters; handle documentation, audit trails, and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately.
- Assist with doctors’ and nurses’ administrative needs, including prescription handling and responding to queries.
- Understand self-funding/insured patient processes, take payments/deposits, process refunds, and liaise with the bookings team.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks, including internal referrals, patient documentation, and end-of-day responsibilities.
- A strong work ethic with a proactive and dependable approach.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the clinic environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using booking systems and handling administrative tasks.
