Location: Raynes Park Health Centre, 1 Lambton Rd, London SW20 0LW

Contract Type: Permanent & Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week, working shifts between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm covering 5 days per week Monday to Saturday

Salary: £28,000 per annum

This role is based at our Wimbledon clinic. You will be joining a well-established, experienced team dedicated to delivering the latest treatments and services. Our clinic combines cutting-edge technology with a calm, welcoming environment to treat a wide range of skin conditions—ensuring every patient enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support treatments, assist with clinical procedures, and provide aftercare instructions to patients.
  • Set up sterile fields, manage stock and equipment, and ensure the clinical area is prepared for procedures.
  • Play a key role in infection prevention and control, maintaining patient confidentiality, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Create a supportive and caring environment for patients, ensuring their journey is seamless and of the highest standard.
  • Meet and greet patients, assist during consultations, and promote high standards of clinical care.
  • Support consultant dermatologists with consultations and surgical assistance in theatre (MOHS, Mole/lesion excisions, biopsies, and shaves).
  • Perform venesection, wound checks, dressing changes, and stitch removal post-surgery.
  • Maintain infection control standards in line with CQC.
  • Conduct daily clinic checks and maintain stock.
  • Ensure clinical audits, policies, procedures, and medical governance standards are met.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Care Certificate or higher (essential).
  • Good work ethic and hardworking.
  • A real passion for patient care and delivering.
  • Good understanding of CQC policies relating to a clinical environment.
  • Good communicator and team player.
