Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with 1 or 2 Saturdays per month

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare for dermatology and aesthetic clinics, ensuring equipment, documentation, and staffing are in place
- Assist dermatologists, surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners with procedures including minor surgery, biopsies, and skin treatments
- Organise clinical staff rotas based on skills and availability
- Conduct audits and embed compliance measures in collaboration with the Practice Manager
- Support and develop nurse‑led follow‑up services across dermatology and aesthetics
- Provide patient education and resources to support understanding and self‑care
- Deliver nursing care including dressing techniques, suture removal, and patient support throughout their visit
- Educate patients on skin protection and home care for skin conditions
- Maintain high standards in nurse‑led clinics such as phototherapy, cryotherapy, acne, PRP, patch testing, minor surgery, and aesthetic treatments
- Support the dermatology and aesthetics nursing team in developing protocols, guidelines, and care pathways
- Stay up to date with best practices and proactively implement improvements across dermatology and aesthetics
- Advise senior staff on issues affecting dermatology and aesthetic care
- Work autonomously using evidence‑based practice in collaboration with specialist clinicians
- Contribute to in‑house training and competency assessments for nursing staff in both dermatology and aesthetics
- Drive standards to meet and exceed CQC regulations
Key Skills / Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, ideally with team leadership exposure
- Experience managing a caseload and delivering nurse‑led clinics
- Strong communication, organisational, and clinical decision‑making skills
- Confident in audit participation, protocol development, and health promotion
- Computer literate and comfortable with clinical systems and documentation
- Teaching qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
