The School Business Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the strategy and business function of the school, including financial resource management, human resources, facility and property management and health and safety of the school. They will lead and develop the Support Staff team and co‑ordinate the day‑to‑day support that enables the school to operate effectively allowing members of the Senior Leadership Team to focus on Teaching and Learning.
