The Client Connectivity Services Senior Analyst works in DTCC's Client Connectivity Services team, responsible for connecting clients to DTCC to automate data transfer via various protocols and network options, configure data delivery for DTCC products, and ensure data is delivered accurately and timely. You will execute routine and complex tasks, delivering excellent client experience throughout the client lifecycle.

  • Gather and validate data from clients to establish connections to DTCC's network and support lifecycle changes
  • Implement network and authentication configurations with internal teams
  • Perform data delivery configurations and verifications following procedures
  • Resolve client queries by navigating internal stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations within defined turnaround times

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years related experience

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Well organized, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and identify process risks

Knowledge of transfer protocols (FTP/S, SFTP, IBM MQ, Connect: Direct) and computing systems (Linux/Unix, IBM Mainframe)

Good understanding of IT networking

Salary range £25,000-£27,000 per annum with bonus
