- Provide technical support for Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Zscaler solutions.
- Collaborate with support teams to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in managing Data Protection Technologies: Endpoint & Web DLP, CASB.
- Network Security: Secure Web Gateways, Secure Access Secure Edge (SASE), Firewalls, IDS/IPS technologies.
