The role acts as a central link between stakeholders, data, technology teams, and operational execution, ensuring requirements, analysis, process design, client tracking capabilities and reporting support successful delivery outcomes. The position independently leads BA delivery for well-defined initiatives and works closely with Project Leads and key stakeholders to drive progress, manage analysis outputs and escalations where broader alignment or decision‑making is required.

  • Coordinate data acquisition and validation by requesting extracts from stakeholders, performing data reviews, resolving quality issues and ensuring datasets are accurate and usable
  • Develop client tracking capabilities including client analysis, tracking datasets, progress views, exception reporting and other outputs that support transparency and delivery control
  • Gather and translate requirements between Technology, Product, ECO teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring business and technical information is captured in a clear, actionable way.
  • Complete Operations Impact Assessments for assigned initiatives, documenting findings in alignment materials and identifying operational readiness deliverables and dependencies
  • Maintain JIRA delivery information by capturing BA‑related tasks, deliverables, dependencies and status updates to support project governance and reporting
  • Lead operational process design for assigned initiatives by documenting end‑to‑end processes, hand‑offs and stakeholder responsibilities
  • Lead Operational Readiness UAT activities by preparing or communicating test scripts, coordinating operational users, tracking execution and evidencing outcomes through to completion
  • Act as a coordination point for BA workstreams, facilitating communication, tracking actions and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on analysis outputs and next steps
