Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead IT Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with Zscaler products. As a Lead Zscaler Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Zscaler solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Zscaler solutions.
- Collaborate with support teams to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Cybersecurity related experience.
Skills and Talents:
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
