- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 4 years of related experience which can be a combination of financial services and consulting but must include at least 2 years of consulting experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting (refits/rewrites/MiFID III, etc.) or securities services (post‑trade efficiency, data flows, trade lifecycle, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
