We are a leading provider of high-quality dental care, renowned for our exceptional patient experience and treatments. We have a strong focus on gold-standard General Dentistry with in-house dentists with special interests. We have a large patient base with regular Endodontic and Implant treatments. As Diamond Invisalign providers, we also have a strong focus on minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our valued patients.
We are seeking a friendly, ambitious and skilled Associate Dentist to join our great teams at The Dentist, SW London. A special interest in Endodontics, Implants or Invisalign (with appropriate training) alongside general dentistry is highly desired for this role. There are waiting lists of existing and new patients, so there is a huge opportunity for rapid establishment of patient lists along with sustained income from established patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
- Have experience in cosmetic dental care, including veneers and composite bonding.
- A special interest in Endodontics with the use of a microscope is highly desired.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships.
- Actively participate in team meetings, peer review groups, study clubs held regularly at the practice.
- Contribute to a positive working environment.
- Willing to work in a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient care.
- Develop and grow your patient base.
- Develop and grow your clinical skills.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience with some further post-qualification courses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and positive team player attitude.
- Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work 1 Saturday per month (mandatory).
- Portfolio of clinical cases required.
The practice is independently owned and offers an extremely forward-thinking environment. They are fully digitalised using Dentally software, Vistascan radiograph system, Itero scanners used for Orthodontics and restorative treatments throughout and for all new patient records. Practice tablets and SLR cameras. In-house Orthodontist, Periodontist, Implantologist and Endodontist with microscope. Practice is a Diamond Invisalign provider with a dedicated Invisalign care manager. Practice manager, Head Nurse and IT support on site daily.
