As our Front of House Host, you are the first face patients see, and the feeling you leave them with is crucial to their entire visit. Day to day, you’ll manage patient arrivals, take payments, and help organise follow-up appointments — all skills we’ll train you on fully. What matters most is your instinct for hosting and hospitality, and your ability to read a room and lift it. A background in hospitality, customer service, hosting, dental or any other guest-facing role. Any dental knowledge whatsoever. Come from hospitality, retail, events, front-of-house.
