Are you a friendly, professional, and GDC-registered Dental Nurse looking to join a welcoming and supportive dental team? We are currently seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse / Receptionist to join our well-established clinic. This is a dual-role opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and front-desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clinicians in delivering high-quality dental care
- Ensure all clinical areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cross-infection control
- Provide excellent patient care and support throughout their visit
- Manage reception duties, including booking appointments, handling patient enquiries, and processing payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with GDPR guidelines
Requirements:
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse (Essential)
- Proficient with dental software (experience with SOE is a bonus)
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not essential
