We are looking for a caring, motivated and reliable Dental Receptionist / Dental Nurse to join our friendly team.

No previous dental experience is required — full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about dentistry, enjoys working with patients and is keen to learn and develop their skills.

  • Assisting the dentist during dental treatments
  • Preparing surgeries and equipment before appointments
  • Cleaning, sterilising and preparing dental instruments
  • Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control
  • Preparing materials and equipment for treatments
  • Supporting the dentist and wider clinical team
  • Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their appointments
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised clinical environment
  • Following practice procedures and health & safety requirements
  • Welcoming patients and providing a friendly first point of contact
  • Answering telephone calls and patient enquiries
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Taking payments and handling general reception duties
