We are looking for a confident, proactive individual to join our friendly Whitehaven team as a Practice Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on overseeing the day-to-day operations of a two surgery fully private dental practice while also leading from the front at reception to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

About the Role:
- Location: Whitehaven, Cumbria
- Hours: Full-time – (Monday to Friday)
- A 4-day working week may be considered for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reception team, setting a professional and welcoming tone
- Oversee day-to-day practice operations including rotas, stock control, and admin
