About the Role
Due to continued business growth, The Dental Design Studio is seeking a Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our committed team at our Walthamstow practice.
This role is ideal for either:
- A GDC-registered Dental Nurse, or
- A Trainee Dental Nurse with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in practice.
We also welcome applications from candidates currently enrolled in a Dental Nursing course and who have relevant practical experience.
Familiarity with the SFD dental computer system is a bonus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality dental nursing assistance across all procedures
- Adhere to practice policies and procedures at all times
- Maintain GDC registration and keep up with CPD requirements
- Support reception and clerical tasks when necessary
- Foster effective, professional relationships with the dental team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and Health & Safety regulations
- Follow infection control, waste disposal, PPE, COSHH, and mercury handling protocols
- Demonstrate excellent patient care and uphold hygiene standards
