We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our Kings Lynn team 3 days a week, part-time opportunity. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the dentist during procedures
- Ensuring the comfort of patients
- Maintaining a clean and sterile environment
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready
- Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
- Taking and developing dental x-rays
- Providing support and reassurance to patients during treatments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Following infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care with empathy and compassion
- Proficient in using dental software and IT systems
- Valid certification or license as a Dental Nurse
