We’re looking for a Receptionist to become a vital part of our warm and welcoming team in Sleaford. As the first point of contact for our patients, our Receptionists are more than just front-desk staff—they are Practice Ambassadors. We need someone who can create a positive and memorable experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1 year’s experience in a reception role (dental or medical preferred). Applications from qualified Dental Nurses are also welcomed.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Quick learner and confident working independently

Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting patients with a warm welcome
- Booking and amending appointments
- Handling opening and closing procedures
- Responding to queries via phone, email, and in person
- Promoting the practice and dental services to new and existing patients
- Processing payments and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team
- Performing general reception and administrative duties
