Receptionist – Full-Time | Beccles (Station Road, Blyburgate & Kilbrack Practices)
Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Join our fantastic team at The Dental Design Studio as a Receptionist across our three Beccles practices!
About the role: You’ll be the welcoming face of our practices, working Monday to Friday (08:30–17:30) with occasional weekend shifts. Your role is vital to the smooth running of our clinics, providing patients with a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
What we’re looking for:
Confident and motivated with excellent communication skills
Experience in a reception role (medical/dental preferred but not essential)
Organised, calm under pressure, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Trustworthy with a good command of written and spoken English
Previous dental nurses are encouraged to apply
Key responsibilities:
Greeting patients and managing appointments
Handling enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Managing payments and maintaining patient confidentiality
Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team
Undertaking opening and closing procedures
