About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Practice Manager to cover maternity leave for 9 months, working 4 days per week starting in August 2025. You will oversee both NHS and private dental services, ensuring the practice operates smoothly and that patients receive exceptional care. In this role, you will manage a team, maintain high standards of service, and support the financial aspects of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficiency and top-quality service
- Manage and support staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Ensure the practice is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
- Handle patient queries and deliver excellent patient experiences
- Support financial management, including budgeting and invoicing
- Encourage patient satisfaction and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in dental practice management is preferred
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
