The Dental Design Studio is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Practice Manager to join our Hull practice. This is a full-time, permanent role designed to provide comprehensive management cover across the working week.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the practice
- Provide management cover including maternity leave cover for the current Practice Manager
- Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle staff scheduling, patient relations, and operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role within a healthcare or dental setting preferred
- Availability every Monday and Saturday, plus some late nights until 8pm
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience and skills.
