Join Us During an Exciting Period of Growth. We are currently expanding our Design Team and are seeking experienced Designers to join our talented and dynamic workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company delivering innovative projects across the Marine, Themed Attractions, High-End Fit-Out, Commercial, Residential, and Stadium sectors. You will work on a diverse portfolio of exciting, world-renowned projects while developing your skills and progressing your career within a business that recognises and rewards success.
The Role
As a Designer, you will play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, creative, and technically robust design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full design process, from concept development to project delivery
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders to understand and execute project requirements
- Produce detailed design illustrations using 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SWOOD, Revit)
- Create production drawings, job sheets, and cutting lists for the workshop team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs exceed client expectations
- Apply strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
Essential Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical design office environment
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Experience in joinery and/or steel design
- Third-level degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
