About the Role: We are seeking a highly proficient Project Programmer with strong expertise in Microsoft Project & Primavera P6 (or similar) to support the successful delivery of our bespoke, high-value projects. This role is critical in ensuring that design, manufacturing, and installation phases are seamlessly planned, coordinated, and executed. You will play a key role in integrating multiple workstreams into a single, accurate project programme, ensuring efficiency, visibility, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed, end-to-end project programmes using Microsoft Project & Primavera P6 (or similar).
- Integrate design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation schedules into a unified plan.
- Define key milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across all project phases.
- Monitor progress and update programmes to reflect live project status.
- Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with design, production, and site teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Produce clear, concise reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support project teams in planning best practices and programme optimisation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (or similar) in a project delivery or planning role.
- Strong understanding of complex project lifecycles, ideally across design, manufacture, and installation.
- Experience working on high-end, bespoke, or large-scale projects.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Familiarity with resource planning and cost tracking.
- Knowledge of additional planning or PPM tools.
