The Role
As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the development and coordination of detailed BIM models and technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with designers, engineers, project managers and production teams, you will produce accurate, coordinated models and documentation that support the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards and industry best practices. Update and revise Revit models throughout project development to reflect design changes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Contribute to continuous improvements in BIM workflows and company standards.
Essential Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience using Autodesk Revit within an architectural, engineering or construction environment. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM modelling. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks. Familiarity with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud or other common data environments. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
Third-level qualification (or equivalent) in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
