The Deluxe Group have been providing bespoke joinery services internationally for over 55 years from its headquarters in Portadown. The Deluxe Group has a deserved reputation as a quality player in its chosen markets providing high-end bespoke fit out & manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Education, Commercial Offices, and Themed Attractions. We are currently seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Production Administrator/Co-ordinator to join our growing team. As Production Administrator/Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our production department. This is a dynamic position suited to someone who thrives on multitasking and has a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to support our experienced Production Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules and update project timelines
- Liaise with the workshop team, procurement and project managers to ensure projects are progressing as planned
- Track and document workflow progress
- Maintain up to date time & attendance adjustments & reports
- Generate and maintain production reports and administrative records
- Assist with quality control and dispatch documentation
- Support compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or production support role (manufacturing or joinery experience a plus)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
