We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Officer to support the Head of HR in a varied, end-to-end generalist role. This position will cover the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and supporting project teams with workforce planning and resourcing requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is passionate about attracting top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Build and manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Optimise sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare FEC annual reports.

Third Level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and/or 5 years of experience in recruitment/HR function. Working knowledge of HR Legislation. Experience and knowledge of UK Home Office. Experience of international recruitment.
