We are now seeking a BID Co‑ordinator with strong creative and graphical input to support our business development and tendering activities. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced graduate or early‑career professional with a passion for design, visual storytelling and creativity within a fast‑paced, experience‑led industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and support the preparation of bids, tenders and pre‑qualification submissions
  • Create visually engaging bid documents, presentations and supporting graphics that clearly communicate design intent and brand values
  • Work closely with design, marketing and project teams to gather and present information in a compelling, structured way
  • Develop creative layouts, infographics and visual content to enhance bid responses
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant and delivered on time
  • Maintain and update bid libraries, case studies and standard content
  • Support the development of presentation material for client pitches and interviews
  • Assist with event organisation, exhibitions and business development initiatives when required
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and best practice in bid presentation

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Construction, Architecture or a related field
  • Some experience supporting bids, proposals or creative content (professional or academic)
  • Strong graphical and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • An eye for layout, typography and brand consistency
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills
  • An interest in experiential design, themed environments or creative industries
  • Experience with video, animation or motion graphics is an advantage
