We continue to deliver high-end fit-out and manufacturing services to the Luxury Hospitality, Marine, Super Prime Residential, Commercial Office and Theme Park sectors worldwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team based at our Head Office and Manufacturing Facility in Portadown, Co. Armagh. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage bespoke joinery projects through the manufacturing process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the exceptional quality standards for which The Deluxe Group is renowned.

Your Role as Project Manager

  • Manage multiple bespoke joinery manufacturing projects simultaneously from handover through to completion.
  • Act as the key liaison between Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Site Teams and Clients.
  • Develop and manage project programmes to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate materials, resources, subcontractors and production schedules to support project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact programme, quality or cost.
  • Ensure manufacturing activities align with client specifications, project requirements and quality standards.
  • Work closely with factory management to optimise production planning and workflow.
  • Manage project budgets, variations and commercial performance.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Support installation teams and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety requirements and company procedures.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need

  • A minimum of 5 years' project management experience within a joinery manufacturing, fit-out or construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes and project delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning software.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to client or project sites within the UK and Ireland as required.
