Due to continued growth, we have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team based at our Head Office in Portadown, Co. You will be involved in the commercial management of various diverse & high-end projects and work with the Project Management team in a client facing role. This role requires very occasional travel only. Procurement and management of sub-contractor accounts. Collating and administering subcontractor documents. Review of main contract documents & provide contractual advice to the project team. Preparation of Monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts. Value engineering & risk management control. You will be competent at identifying commercial risks and opportunities. Essential Criteria: You must posses a relevant third level qualification such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management.
