Role Overview: The poster holder will be responsible for accurately producing print work in line with job specifications.
- Collect and process work sent down from the repro/print department
- Ensure that the work is sized correctly, and the appropriate correction curve is applied
- QC to job requirements
- Maintain and process work according to the production schedule
- Notify the supervisor/manager when a major issue is encountered
- Problem‑solve minor issues, to ensure that the work flows smoothly through the department
- Maintain the machinery to manufacturers recommendations
- Keep work area and machinery clean and tidy
- Select the correct media profile then rip the job to be printed (training will be given if needed)
Knowledge, Skills And Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of print production practices and processes
- Experience with HP Flatbeds, Agfa, efi Vutek is preferable but not essential
- Understanding Windows Operating systems
- Operational experience with print
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and conscientious
- Flexible and effective team member

Shift pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off, 6am – 8pm
