Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our dedicated creative team. The role will be to provide best in class creative solutions, with a strong focus on in-store retail based marketing communications. Briefs can be varied however, so experience of digital and experiential activation would be an advantage. The role will report directly into the Creative Director and would suit an experienced self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Primary Objectives
- Being a trusted team player who can work closely with our account teams and other internal departments.
- Supporting the Creative Director and working proactively under your own initiative to create best in class creative solutions.
- Producing well laid out creative response presentations, that take clients on the thought process journey and show your work off to its best.
- Keeping up to date with client developments and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- 5+ years’ experience working at a similar level in a creative agency.
- Solid all-round experience of working in retail based marketing communications, POS & FMCG work.
- Great key art creation ability.
- Expertly know your way around Adobe CC, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Comfortable with being client facing when required.
- An ability to work quickly under your own initiative, excel under pressure and be able to multi-task.
- Liaise with client stakeholders, publishers and internally as and when required.
- Adhere to publishers guidelines making sure Terms and Conditions and/or Legal Disclaimers have been added accordingly.
- Other ad hoc creative project work.
- Interact with key stakeholders and departments, both within the client and within Delta.
- Attend pre-production meetings when required.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Good copy writing / headline writing ability.
- Experience of creating 3D designs in Cinema 4D.
- Experience of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier.
