The Delta Group is a major visual communications group specialising in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials for Retail and FMCG sectors. We are a client focused company dedicated to delivering results on time and to budget. We provide an end-to-end service which starts with the design of powerful visual communications and our full in-house production facilities deliver the finished product to our clients quickly and cost effectively. We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Account Handler.
The Role
Working within a team servicing major Retail accounts, you will manage and respond to day-to-day enquiries. This will involve assisting the team with managing retail promotions, raising estimates and booking in work with production, proof‑reading and checking files before they go to print. This role is very much about building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be capable of taking effective written and verbal briefs and working with all departments, including our large creative design studio.
Skills/Requirements
- Good communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and excellent time‑management.
- Previous experience in account management.
- Knowledge of print management/ POS would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Ability to react to challenging client requests or escalating requirements as needed and juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Good working levels of Windows and Excel are essential.
- Experience of Tharstern would be useful however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Hours
Your working day will typically be 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
