Role Overview
The AV Editor will work as part of the FEREF creative team, delivering high-quality audio-visual content for brands, with a strong focus on the entertainment and retail sectors. The role sits at the intersection of creative ideation and technical delivery, supporting the development and rollout of AV assets across multiple channels, markets and formats. This role requires a confident editor with strong technical knowledge of AV workflows, including the adaptation and localisation of global assets (for example, converting US content for UK and international markets). The AV Editor will understand the end-to-end process of AV production including management, from creative intent through to final delivery, ensuring assets are accurate, compliant and fit for purpose across all required SKUs.
Working closely with Creative Directors, designers and client services teams, the AV Editor will contribute to ideation for product launches, brand promotion and campaign activity. AV and editing is one of several channels through which big creative ideas are executed at Delta and FEREF, and this role plays a key part in translating those ideas into best-in-class AV output.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise on AV formats, specifications and rollout requirements.
- Manage multiple AV deliverables across different projects, ensuring deadlines, quality and consistency are maintained.
- Take ownership of the AV editing process, from receiving briefs through to final output and delivery.
- Maintain awareness of evolving AV best practice, tools and workflows, and apply these to improve output quality and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a lead creative editor, overseeing finishing and post-production delivery at a creative agency, post house, or within a streaming or theatrical in-house team.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere and post-production workflows, including finishing and delivery; working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of digital video formats and technical specifications (frame rates, codecs, resolutions); skilled in troubleshooting, colour grading and final delivery.
- Knowledge of cross-platform video best practice, including optimisation and delivery specifications for broadcast, digital and social.
- Lead the post-production of commercial and branded content, especially social-first video for platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
