The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Hours: 18:00 – 02:00 Monday to Friday (flexible outside core hours when required). This is a permanent, full‑time Warehouse Operative with a FLT licence, based at our Luton Hub.

What You’ll Do
- Load the STS Machine and perform goods in/out duties.
- Sort bags, trays, and bundles onto the STS Machine.
- Scan bags, trays, and bundles by hand where required.
- Palletise as instructed by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Ensure all work meets agreed productivity levels and quality standards.
- Process mail correctly to agree timescales.
- Provide excellent customer service, displaying a professional attitude and behaviour to customers and other staff.
- Wear company uniform and required safety clothing at all times.
- Unload trunks containing Yorks and other consumables.
- Load vehicles with Yorks and consumables for deliveries and collections.
- Scan Yorks ready for loading.
Qualifications & Experience
- Self‑starter with a keen, enthusiastic, proactive approach and a can‑do attitude.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a warehouse team.
- Competent in English and Maths.
- Desire to learn and passion for success.
- Previous warehouse experience desirable; knowledge of the mailing industry desirable but not essential.
Full training will be provided during induction and further training will be given throughout the course of your employment to support career progression.
