At the Deaf Academy, we support deaf young people aged 9–25 to thrive and achieve independence through specialist education and care. As we grow, we’re looking for two Senior HR Advisors to join our People team and play a key role in strengthening our culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll partner with managers across the organisation to support effective people management. You’ll combine strong operational HR delivery with a proactive, solutions-focused approach—supporting everything from employee relations and recruitment campaigns to workforce planning and leadership development.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clear, practical HR advice on employee relations matters
- Support and lead recruitment and resourcing activity
- Partner with managers on workforce planning and people insights
- Coach and develop line managers to build confidence and capability
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive employee experience
About You
You’ll be an experienced HR professional with:
- Solid employment law knowledge and ER case experience
- Confidence in coaching and influencing managers
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
