Are you a technically strong paraplanner looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We’re recruiting for a growing financial planning and mortgage business in South Devon that needs a full‑time paraplanner to step in as the technical “fixer” and stabiliser of the team.
Responsibilities- Handling complex cases when things go wrong — including trusts, probate, and solicitor interactions.
- Managing day‑to‑day client servicing tasks: fund switches, income allocations, premium increases, withdrawals.
- Working closely with advisers and administrators to keep operations running smoothly while they focus on new client acquisition.
- Navigating provider and administration centre challenges with confidence and persistence.
- 4–5 years’ paraplanning experience, ideally Level 4 qualified.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and iBusiness; experience with SJP systems is a big plus.
- Calm, collaborative approach with the ability to manage complex scenarios.
- Salary £30,000–£55,000 (depending on experience).
