Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with staff and students, building strong relationships and fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ for Teaching Assistants or demonstrating equivalent skills and experience.
  • Solid understanding of current practices in supporting children's learning and behaviour management strategies.
  • Knowledge of literacy, numeracy, and science.
