St Mary's Drive, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 0LL – Permanent, Full‑time position (37 hours per week, 52.143 working weeks per year) with salary £51,356.00 – £56,708.00 (FTE) at ALP Grade 9.
The successful candidate will be an experienced safeguarding professional with a strong commitment to promoting the welfare and safety of students. They will have experience working with children and young people who may face emotional, behavioural, or social challenges and will be confident in managing safeguarding concerns and building positive relationships with students, families, staff and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and to contribute effectively to multi‑agency safeguarding processes.
- The successful candidate will manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and support a strong safeguarding culture across the academy.
