The Candidate

In this role, you’ll work closely with staff and students, building strong relationships and fostering a positive learning environment. You'll need a solid understanding of current practices in supporting children’s learning and behaviour management strategies, as well as knowledge in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, and science.
Qualifications: Holding an NVQ for Teaching Assistants or demonstrating equivalent skills and experience is essential. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching.
