We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Key Stage 5 Learning Mentor who is committed to fostering an inclusive educational environment. If you have experience in education or youth work and a deep understanding of the challenges students face, this role is perfect for you.
Your talent for building trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff will be essential in making a meaningful impact. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be skilled in developing and implementing tailored intervention strategies to support individual student needs. A genuine commitment to improving student well-being and promoting positive learning experiences is crucial, along with the ability to provide emotional support and guidance.
Strong organisational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and monitoring student performance. You will be proactive in identifying needs and resilient in facing challenges, ensuring that all students, including those with specific requirements, receive the support they need to reach their full potential.
