Willesden Junction, London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)
We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join Daylight™ at an exciting stage of growth as we continue to expand our global brand and strengthen our digital presence. This role sits at the heart of our brand. As the sole in-house designer, you will take ownership of how Daylight is visually represented, ensuring everything that leaves the business, both physically and digitally, is consistent, considered and aligned with who we are.
You'll be joining a close-knit marketing team comprising a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and Photographer/Videographer, working together to drive growth across our UK, EU, US and Australian markets.
The Role
This is a hands-on design role with genuine responsibility, ownership and creative influence. You will:
- Own and oversee all graphic design output across the business
- Act as the guardian of the Daylight™ brand, ensuring consistency across print, digital, packaging, e-commerce, exhibitions and marketing communications
- Design high-quality sales and marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, product fact sheets, feature sheets, presentations and launch collateral
- Create engaging digital assets for social media, website content, email marketing and online campaigns
- Support new product launches through the development of creative campaigns, marketing toolkits and promotional materials
- Develop packaging concepts and artwork in collaboration with product and marketing teams
- Work closely with colleagues across marketing and product development to create compelling customer-facing content
- Edit and retouch imagery for e-commerce, social media and marketing activity
- Maintain and organise the company's digital asset library and brand resources
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' professional graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led, commercially focused design across both digital and print channels
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media content and visual storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail, typography and layout skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with confidence working independently
- A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work
Desirable
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Basic video editing experience
- Experience working within a consumer product, retail or e-commerce brand
- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress or similar platforms
