We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join Daylight Company in 2026, at an exciting point of growth with a strong focus on e-commerce. This role sits at the heart of our brand. You will take ownership of how Daylight is visually represented, ensuring everything that leaves the business, both physically and digitally, is consistent, considered and aligned with who we are.
You’ll be joining a close, collaborative marketing team including an in-house Photographer, Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive.
The role
- Own and oversee all graphic design output across the business
- Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, e-commerce and exhibitions
- Take ownership of the new Brand Guidelines launching in February 2026
- Design high-quality assets including brochures, catalogues, packaging, manuals, web and digital campaigns
- Work closely with marketing and product teams on global launches
- Edit and retouch imagery for e-commerce, social and marketing use
- Maintain the marketing digital asset library

- 5+ years’ professional graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio showing brand-led, commercial design
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and visual judgement
- Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
- A collaborative team player who genuinely cares about brand quality
