Are you ready to handle a variety of claims and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Property Loss Adjuster with a strong background in Domestic and Commercial claims to join our remote team.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Claims: Handle claims of varying complexity and value.
- Invoice Processing: Approve estimates within 5 working days.
- Documentation: Complete site note templates and associated documentation promptly.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data is accurate at all times.
- File Management: Proactively manage files to reduce timescales.
- Fraud Detection: Identify and refer possible fraud cases.
- Client Reports: Prepare and approve reports for clients.
- Customer Updates: Keep clients informed according to SLAs.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Business Opportunities: Refer identified opportunities to Davies Group.
- Out of Hours Calls: Handle calls via a pre-set rota.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience.
- Qualifications: Working towards professional qualifications at a diploma level.
