Amazing opportunity to join our passionate and diverse UK & I IT department as an Audit & Risk Officer, where you'll be the go-to person for external audits and internal risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit:
- Handle audit questions, create and maintain real-time audit packs.
- Support divisional audit requests from suppliers, third parties, and Group IT Team accreditations.
- Conduct and track supplier audits.
- Produce accurate and timely data for audits.
- Participate in live audit calls/meetings and respond effectively.
- Gather information for risk assessments from various sources and systems.
- Regularly review outstanding risks and ensure mitigation or corrective actions.
- Identify, record, and review emerging risks and necessary actions.
- Collaborate with QRC on risk management and data protection.
- Prepare and present risk management reports.
- Maintain accurate records.
