Amazing opportunity to join our passionate and diverse UK & I IT department as an Audit & Risk Officer, where you'll be the go-to person for external audits and internal risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit:
  • Handle audit questions, create and maintain real-time audit packs.
  • Support divisional audit requests from suppliers, third parties, and Group IT Team accreditations.
  • Conduct and track supplier audits.
  • Produce accurate and timely data for audits.
  • Participate in live audit calls/meetings and respond effectively.
  • Risk:
    • Gather information for risk assessments from various sources and systems.
    • Regularly review outstanding risks and ensure mitigation or corrective actions.
    • Identify, record, and review emerging risks and necessary actions.
    • Collaborate with QRC on risk management and data protection.
    • Prepare and present risk management reports.
    • Maintain accurate records.
