Established in 2001, The David Hewson Practice Ltd are a company who strive to grow and continually improve services, attracting specialist consultants within their field who hold the same values as they do.

They are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team based in Norfolk. As part of their next growth chapter, they are on the hunt for someone to service their growing client bank, provide excellent financial advice and make a positive change to clients’ lives.

This is an employed role with a generous basic salary of £50,000 coupled with performance bonuses and incentives to generate new business and earn commissions. You will be required to work out of their fully equipped offices a minimum of 2 days per week; this role would suit someone in and around the Norfolk, Suffolk and Colchester areas.

For this role you will need:

  • Fully qualified to provide Financial advice - Level 4 Diploma (DipFA / DipPFS / equivalent) qualified is essential
  • Have between 1 to 2 years’ experience in providing Financial Advice in both pensions and investments
  • Have experience in Financial services and understand the adviser client journey
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent rapport and relationship building skills

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, IHT & Estate planning.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with integrity and professionalism upholding the reputation of the business
  • Conduct client reviews, fact-finds, suitability assessments, and produce compliant recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of FCA and Consumer Duty compliance
  • Build long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and service
