What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with a proactive and inquisitive mindset—a natural problem-solver who thrives on uncovering patterns and turning information into actionable insights. You don’t need to tick every technical box, but you do need to be analytically sharp, eager to learn, and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s technology strategy by making data work harder and smarter. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting proactive research to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that others may not yet see.
  • Transforming complex datasets into clear, compelling insights that drive business decisions.
  • Engaging with teams across the business to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic goals.
  • Supporting the development of dashboards and reporting tools that enable better decision-making (Power BI experience is a plus, but not essential).
  • Helping to enhance data collection, quality, and governance to ensure robust and reliable insights.
  • Staying ahead of trends in research and analytics, bringing new ideas and best practices into the business.

Who You Are

If you’re passionate about research and insights and want to make an impact in a fast-moving and supportive environment, this role is for you! We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the UK.
  • Has full right to work in the UK (Unfortunately, my client cannot sponsor candidates).
  • Has experience working with data and drawing insights using (Python or R or SQL), whether from university, internships, or a professional setting.
  • Is comfortable handling numbers and can interpret patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Loves problem-solving and takes initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Can communicate ideas clearly to a range of audiences—whether through reports, presentations, or informal discussions.
  • Is eager to learn and grow within a role that will develop both analytical and strategic skills.
