The Data Gals are partnering with a global analytics consultancy that specialises in helping brands use advanced analytics, AI, and data science to optimise commercial and marketing performance. This is an opportunity to join a high performing consulting environment working with well known international brands across sectors including retail, consumer, financial services, and automotive.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in marketing science, commercial insights, econometrics who enjoys combining technical expertise with client facing strategic work.

The Role

  • Leading measurement projects across multiple client accounts
  • Translating complex data into commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Supporting clients with marketing optimisation, performance analysis, and investment decisions
  • Managing project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to business growth, proposals, and client strategy discussions
  • Driving best practices across analytics, modelling, and insight generation

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within marketing analytics, econometrics, measurement, or marketing effectiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Experience working in consulting, agency, or fast paced commercial environments
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading projects and working with cross functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modelling and analytical techniques
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, SQL, R, or similar
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect analytics to business impact
