What you'll be doing
As our Credit Control & Sales Ledger Lead, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of credit control and sales ledger activities across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading credit control activities and driving effective debt collection
- Building positive relationships with customers to resolve outstanding balances
- Managing aged debt, collection risks and disputed balances
- Overseeing invoicing, cash allocation, credit notes and account administration
- Producing debtor reports and supporting month-end reporting requirements
- Managing customer credit checks, onboarding and credit limits
- Supporting continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
- Working closely with operational teams to resolve account and invoicing queries
- Providing insight and support to managers on debtor performance and credit risks
