Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty.
- Assist the Sous chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
- Be responsible along with the Head Chef and Sous Chef for Health & Safety, food hygiene practices and ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulations, including cleanliness and food safety guidelines.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Qualifications:
