Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty.
  • Assist the Sous chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
  • Be responsible along with the Head Chef and Sous Chef for Health and Safety.
  • Be a team player.
  • Good organisational skills, and be self-motivated.
